Buat pertama kalinya saya dan suami terima surat saman bergambar. Walau gambarnya agak gelap, tapi masih boleh nampak gambar kereta dan nombor platnya. Gambar pemandu memang tak nampaklah. Sebenarnya surat ni dah dapat lebih seminggu lalu, tapi malas nak cerita sebab rasa menyampah dan bukannya berita baik pun. Sekarang saya cerita jugak sebagai panduan/ingatan untuk korang.

Hujung minggu lalu ada melalui jalan tersebut, rupanya memang ada papan tanda gambar kamera tu. Tak perasan pulak, tapi kalau lokasi kamera AES memang kami tau dan sangat berjaga-jaga. Kat situ pulak memang ada beberapa jambatan. Nampaknya lepas ni kenalah lebih berjaga-jaga, sebab tak mau duit melayang bayar saman. Tapi sejujurnya saya rasa had 90km/j untuk jalan tersebut agak kurang sesuai, rasa macam tak bergerak kereta. Lagi sesak pun ada sebab semua kenderaan bergerak 'terlalu sopan'. Apapun, mereka yang merangka undang-undang ni tentu lebih arif bukan?
"Perlahankan kenderaan anda bila lalu bawah jambatan, mungkin ada sesuatu di situ!"
tujuan pasang kamera ni (kononnya) nak mendidik pengguna jalan raya. tidak, aku tak setuju benda ni dapat didik pemandu kita...

hmmm...
Jujurnya..di negara maju dah lama guna AES ini..dan berkesan..tapi di Malaysia, dengan mentaliti rakyat Malaysia, adanya kamera ni menjadikan jalanraya sesak...pemandu tiba2 brek mengejut bila sampai di kawasan kamera/bawah jambatan/bila di beri flashlight oleh kenderaan lain....Tapi memecut like a speed demon bila jalan 'clear'...

ReplyDeleteKM296 Lebuhraya KL-Seremban kalau tak silap ni kat area Bangi. Highway dari Bangi ke Sg Besi memang diletakkan had laju 90km/j sebab kadar trafik tinggi walaupun ada 3 lorong. Salah satu tujuannya untuk elakkan banyak kenderaan sampai terlalu awal secara serentak dan beratur kat plaza tol. Teorinya ialah bila letak had laju rendah, sementara kita nak sampai kat tol tu, orang depan dah ramai yg lepas bayar. Selain tu jugak nak elakkan kemalangan buruk terjadi sebab bila highway ada trafik tinggi macam ni, banyak kes-kes kemalangan kecil biasa terjadi. Saya pun pernah hampir dirempuh masa tayar kereta pecah kat area UPM dan susah nak mintak lorong ke emergency lane sebab kereta semua laju-laju kat situ.
ReplyDeleteCuma saya agak tak setuju bila AES ni beroperasi 24 jam sebab bila waktu malam, highway ni memang lapang dan selamat untuk bawak 110km/j kat sini.
